Expertise / AI & data

Roll out Copilot on solid foundations.

Copilot works with content available to a user and can bring insufficiently protected information to the surface. KAMBIOZ prepares the environment, prioritises use cases that justify investment and, when relevant, designs agents suited to business needs.

Your situations

Why prepare before turning on.

The main risk is not the AI itself: it is what it finds.

  • SharePoint sites have been shared with "everyone in the organisation" for years.
  • Sensitive documents (HR, finance, legal) are not protected by labels or restrictions.
  • The Copilot pilot has started, but nobody knows which uses are worth it.
  • Management asks for agents or AI "on our data" with no defined framework.
  • Content is abundant, duplicated or out of date: Copilot’s answers risk being so too.

How we help

A four-step approach, from findings to usage, with no magic promises.

Four ways
to work together.

  • 01

    Access and sharing review

Identification of over-open sites, libraries and sharing links, prioritisation of fixes, setting up a regular access review. Advanced SharePoint and Purview management tools are used when included in your licence.

  • 02

    Content quality and protection

Identification of sensitive or obsolete content, labelling and retention rules, targeted clean-up to improve answer relevance.

  • 03

    Use cases and adoption

Workshops with the business to choose a few concrete uses, success indicators, a supervised pilot, short training for users and champions.

  • 04

    Custom agents

Agent design with Copilot Studio or Agent Builder when the need justifies it: knowledge sources, actions, guardrails and governance. For more advanced cases, integration with Microsoft Foundry.

What you receive

A rollout
under control.

You know what Copilot can reach, what has been fixed and what remains to monitor.

Typical deliverables

  • Over-exposure risk report, prioritised
  • Remediation plan and target sharing rules
  • Use-case catalogue with success indicators
  • Progressive rollout plan (pilot, waves, support)
  • Agent design document and governance recommendations
  • Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Copilot Studio
  • Agent Builder
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Purview
  • Microsoft Entra
  • Microsoft Foundry

Microsoft AI products and licences evolve quickly. We confirm availability, licensing and current pricing during discovery rather than making assumptions.

FAQ

Copilot & AI

Can Copilot read all our documents?

Copilot relies on content the user can already access. It does not bypass permissions, but it makes visible poorly protected documents that were so far practically hard to find. Hence the value of an access review before rollout.

How long does the preparation take?

It depends on the size of the environment and the state of permissions. Scoping makes it possible to propose a realistic scope, starting with the most exposed spaces.

Do we need to build agents?

Not systematically. Many needs are covered by Copilot itself. An agent is justified when a specific knowledge source or process-specific actions are required.

Do you step in if we have already launched a pilot?

Yes. We can assess adoption, recommend fixes for detected exposures and help decide what happens next: generalise, adjust or pause.

Does this also concern the migration of our documents?

Often. A migration is the ideal moment to clean up and reorganise. See SharePoint, Teams & migration.

Describe your context

Let’s get specific

What’s your
next challenge?

Migration, governance, applications, AI or extra delivery capacity: describe your context in a few lines. KAMBIOZ will follow up to clarify the requirement.

  1. We review your message and prepare the key questions.
  2. We scope the need in a first call.
  3. You decide what happens next, with no commitment.

No magic promises. A first call to scope the need.
