How does KAMBIOZ staff an engagement?
Each engagement has a named lead and a defined scope. We confirm the specialists and capacity genuinely available before making a proposal; we do not promise a team that has not been assigned.
Do you only work remotely?
Yes. KAMBIOZ can deliver remotely in French and English with video workshops and scheduled checkpoints.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Our expertise draws on international projects in finance and energy. KAMBIOZ works in French and English and agrees collaborative working hours during scoping.
What types of organisations do you work for?
Organisations that use Microsoft 365, as well as consulting firms and integrators who need extra capacity. The missions presented on this site involve environments of 1,000 to 3,500 users.
We’re not yet sure what we need. Where do we start?
Start with a discovery call: describe the context, we identify causes, constraints and priorities, then suggest an appropriate approach and scope.
Should my environment be prepared before deploying Copilot?
In most cases, yes. Copilot relies on the content each user can already access: if permissions are too broad, AI can surface documents that should never have been visible. A review of access and sharing therefore comes before deployment.
How are rates set?
They depend on the scope, the duration and the expected deliverables, which we define together during scoping.
Can you work on only part of my project?
Yes: an audit, an architecture, building a specific component or one-off reinforcement. The scope is defined during scoping.
