Data collected and purpose

When you use the contact form, we receive: your name, your work email address, the name of your organisation (optional), the topic chosen and the content of your message. This information is used only to answer you and to qualify your request. We also record the language of the page you used.

A hidden field, invisible to visitors, is used to detect automated submissions. It is not kept when it detects a robot.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box provided before sending, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request when your message concerns a project.

Recipients and technical providers

Your information is accessible only to the site publisher and to the technical providers needed to transmit it:

• the site host: host name;
• the email delivery service that routes the form message: service name, for example Resend;
• the publisher’s mailbox: provider name.

If these providers process data outside the European Union, such transfers must rely on a recognised mechanism (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses): to be confirmed with each provider.

Retention period

Messages are kept for period to be defined, for example the length of the business relationship or a set number of years from the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to give instructions about what happens to your data after your death. To exercise them, write to the address given above.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: cnil.fr/fr/plaintes (in French), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
